Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options & Rates

We currently offer two shipping options within the U.S.:

• Standard Ground Shipping (5–7 Business Days) – $21.00

• Next Day Air Shipping (1 Business Day) – $35.00 (additional fee)

Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and location.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lux Raw Hair Extensions is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once orders are shipped, Lux Raw Hair Extensions is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly if an issue arises after shipment.
