At Lux Raw Hair Extensions, we take great pride in providing our customers with the highest quality hair products. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All hair purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy
We understand that situations may arise where an exchange is necessary. Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

Hair must be in the same condition as when received with no signs of wear, damage, or tampering (including combing, brushing, cutting, coloring, or installing).

The exchange request must be made within 10 business days of the original shipping date.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once the returned hair has been received and inspected, an exchange for the same product or a product of equal value will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or believe your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at 404-309-6718 within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review your claim and provide instructions for resolution.
